The production, manufacturing, and supply of furniture for Phase Eight were executed by SPAR, encompassing bespoke furniture, custom fixtures, and refined design elements. All fixtures were developed as modular units and shipped to multiple locations across the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Scotland. The project was successfully completed within 45 days, covering an area ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
The objective was the precise manufacturing and supply of all internal retail furniture and fixtures for the new Phase Eight stores. The client required production quality that aligned with their sophisticated brand identity, emphasizing the use of premium materials, refined finishes, and efficient modular construction. The goal was to deliver a complete, ready-to-install package within a focused 45-day turnaround period.
THE OUTCOME
The Phase Eight store design successfully delivers a premium, feminine, and service-focused retail environment. This is achieved through a soft, inviting material palette of pale woods, marble accents, and soft pink/mauve walls. The consistent use of slender, gold-toned metal fixtures across all displays instantly elevates the aesthetic, reinforcing the brand’s luxury positioning. Crucially, the presence of cozy, themed furniture, such as plush velvet armchairs and complementary tables, is integrated into the floor plan to create dedicated relaxation and personal styling zones. These areas enhance the high-touch service model, encouraging customer comfort and time spent in-store. The floor plan is expertly merchandised to highlight occasion wear and key accessories, with these comfortable zones and an impressive, branded cash desk, ensuring a sophisticated shopping experience optimized for personal styling and high-value sales.
